Instructions

Step 1
- drain and cook chickpeas
Step 2
-add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a batter
Step 3
-with the help of two spoons shape the cookies (note. The batter will be very soft so having two spoons might help scooping the batter out and give the shape of cookies
Step 4
- top with chocolate chips and bake at 180 C static for 25-30 minutes.
Step 5
let cool completely before eating (i know it’s difficult but trust me they’ll crumble otherwise)
