Instructions
Step 1
Add the unsalted butter, light brown sugar and white granulated sugar to a bowl and beat until creamy.
Step 2
Add in the egg and vanilla, and beat again
Step 3
Add in the plain flour, baking powder, bicarb, and salt and beat
Step 4
Add in the chocolate chips and mini eggs and mix
Step 5
Weigh the cookies out into eight cookie dough balls - they’re about 115g each.
Step 6
Chill the dough for 60 minutes in the fridge or 30 minutes in the freezer
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 200ºc/180ºc fan
Step 8
Add them to lined trays
Step 9
Bake the cookies in the oven for 12-14 minutes
Step 10
Once baked, leave them to cool on the tray for at least 30 minutes and ENJOY!
