GF DF Cafe-Style Banana Bread
GF DF CAFE-STYLE BANANA BREAD: let's put those rotten bananas in your fruit bowl to good use π we make some form of banana bread literally every week, but this classic never fails to dissapoint! Pairs perfectly with your morning coffee βοΈ
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup plain flour (we used gf)
1 cup almond meal
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
3 overripe bananas
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs
1/3 cup almond milk
1 ripe banana for topping (optional)
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
2. Mash 3 bananas in a bowl with a fork.
3. Add remaining ingredients & stir to combine.
4. Pour evenly into a lined loaf tin.
5. Slice the banana in half lengthways. (Optional).
6. Place on top & lightly sprinkle cinnamon.
7. Bake for ~35 minutes or until golden brown!
