Mango habanero wings
Okay question … Drums or Flats? Adding a kick to the game day lineup with these mouthwatering mango habanero wings!

4 lb. party wings
4 teaspoons aluminium-free Baking powder
1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
½ teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Chicken bullion
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper
2 habanero peppers or 1 for less spice!
1 ½ cup diced mango
11.3oz can Mango nectar
4 Garlic cloves
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
¾ cup honey or more for sweeter sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt to taste
instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
2. Purée mango, mango nectar, habanero peppers, garlic cloves, lime juice,vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and salt in a food processor.
3. Add mango-habanero mixture to pan and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Reduce the heat to low and stir in honey. Simmer and stir frequently, until sauce is reduced and thickened to a glaze. Add salt to taste.
4. Line a baking tray with parchment, then place a cooling rack on top. Spray the rack with canola oil spray.
5. Place wings in a large bowl and add seasonings.
6. Place the wings on the baking tray in a single layer. And spray with canola oil.
7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until crispy rotating the tray halfway through.
8. Once done, toss wings in mango habanero sauce and serve with your choice of dip! Enjoy!
