Why 100 Cloves of Garlic? 🧄 in this video I am breaking down why I use the ingredients in here, and there is also a screenshot of the recipe at the end in addition to the one below. . Beatdown Super 💪 Soup - Black Belt 4 Onions 100 cloves of garlic 1” of ginger 2Tbs of butter or olive oil 1 bay leaf optional 1 pinch of cayenne optional 2 teaspoons of rosemary optional 2 teaspoon chopped thyme optional 1 stalk of lemon grass optional 2” of turmeric optional 1 quart of chicken stock (if not making base use 4 quarts) 1 can of coconut milk 3 potatoes chopped 1. Pre heat oven to 375deg and add garlic to a small glass casserole dish. Drizzle olive oil to coat and cover the dish with foil. Place into the oven and roast for about 40 min or until, garlic is easily mushed with a fork. 2. While garlic is roasting, slice onions and caramelize with butter. Sprinkle salt and pepper. 3. Once garlic is roasted, add to food process and process to a paste. 4. Peel ginger, chop and add to a food processor or blender with garlic. Add enough water to process and make smooth. If using the optional ingredients (except for bay leaf and lemongrass), peel if needed, and chop them and add to food processor 5. Remove onions and add to a blender with 1 cup of the chicken stock. 6. Combine garlic, onions, chicken stock and rest of the ingredients except for potatoes and coconut milk into a pot and simmer for 30 min. 7. Remove bay leaf and stalks of lemon grass if using. 8. Add potatoes and boil until done then Add coconut milk Enjoy! . .

Instructions

Step 1
