Spicy pork noodle bowl

BALANCED BOWL SERIES 🥗 Day 6/14 -Spicy pork noodle bowl This recipe has a mild level of spice🌶️ Ingredients: * 500g pork mince * 1 small carrot, finely chopped * 1 bunch of bokchoy * 1/2 brown onion, finely sliced * Salt & pepper Marinade: * 1 tbsp gochujang paste * 3 cloves garlic, minced * 2 tbsp soy sauce * 3 tbsp honey * 1 tbsp brown sugar Ingredients: 1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork mince to the pan and break it apart using a spatula. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the pork is browned and cooked through. 2. Add onion, bokchoy stems and carrot to the pan. Stir until they are tender. 3. In a small bowl, combine the marinade ingredients. 4. Pour the sauce over the pork and vegetables in the pan. Stir well to coat everything evenly in the sauce. 5. Add the leafy part of the bok choy and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the bok choy is wilted but still crisp. 6. Serve hot and enjoy your spicy pork noodle bowl! Note: Adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less gochujang paste.

Instructions

Step 1
