Chocolate for breakfast, anyone?😏🍫 I’m definitely not gonna say no😍🤫 the melted chocolate spread on these just brought them to the next level🤤 ⁣ ⁣ 🥞🍫brownie pancakes🍫🥞⁣⁣ (Serves 2)⁣⁣ 🌟ingredients🌟⁣⁣ - 225ml soy milk (~1 cup)⁣⁣ - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)⁣⁣ - 100g flour (0.8 cups)⁣⁣ - 25g cacao powder (~1/4 cup) ⁣ - 1 tsp baking powder⁣ - 1 tsp vanilla ⁣⁣⁣ - Pinch of salt ⁣⁣ - 2 tbsp maple syrup ⁣⁣ - 1 tbsp vegetable oil ⁣⁣⁣ 🌟method🌟⁣⁣ 1. Pour the vinegar into the milk and let it sit for 5 mins. The texture will change and this will create buttermilk and make the pancakes super fluffy!⁣ 2. In a bowl combine the flour, cacao powder, vanilla, baking powder and salt. Mix in the buttermilk, maple syrup and oil. Mix until well combined. ⁣⁣ 3. Cook your pancakes in a little oil on a pan until bubbles appear, flip and cook for another 2 mins. ⁣⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Instructions

Step 1
