Cheeseburger Sliders

Cheeseburger sliders 🍔 Hit save 📌 for your next lunch or dinner, follow for more recipes like this Recipe (makes 6 sliders) 500g beef mince (5% fat) 2 onions - one thinly sliced and the other one thinly chopped Butter and olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp sweet paprika Salt Any dinner rolls, pre sliced 100ml vegetable stock (made up) 6 cheese slices Grated cheese for topping Ketchup Mayonnaise Handful of gherkins, thinly chopped 1 tsp dry dill Butter + sesame seeds for brushing the dinner rolls Method In a pan add butter, once is melted add the sliced onion, sauté until caramelised, remove from the pan and set aside. In the same pan add some olive oil, and the chopped onion, sauté for 2 min, add in the beef mince and fry until browned, add the seasonings and vegetable stock, simmer for about 15 min. In a bowl add the gherkins, ketchup, mayonnaise and dill, mix well. To arrange add the bottom half of the dinner rolls in a baking dish, add spoonfuls of the ketchup-mayo sauce to the rolls, cheese singles, beef mix,finish with the caramelised onion and grated cheese, place the other half of the rolls on top, and brush with softened butter and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Bake on 180C(fan) until cheese is melted. Enjoy !!!

Instructions

Step 1
In a pan add butter, once is melted add the sliced onion, sauté until caramelised, remove from the pan and set aside. In the same pan add some olive oil, and the chopped onion, sauté for 2 min, add in the beef mince and fry until browned, add the seasonings and vegetable stock, simmer for about 15 min.
Step 2
In a bowl add the gherkins, ketchup, mayonnaise and dill, mix well.
Step 3
