Bread

Bread Ingredients: - 3 cups of all purpose flour - 1 tbsp yeast - 1 tbsp sugar - 2 tbsps yoghurt - 2 tbsps olive oil - pinch of salt - 1 cup of water - mix all the ingredients and gradually add a cup of water. You may need to add an extra splash or two of water till you give a nice bouncy but not too sticky dough. - knead the dough very well. Brush it with oil and let rest covered for an hour. - once it has doubled in size. Place the dough on a floured counter top and divide into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into. Ball. - flatten the piece with your fingers and liberally dust it with flour. - roll it with a rolling pin. Place in your hands and dust it off. - cover with a towel and let proof for 15-20 minutes. The longer the fluffier the bread. - heat up a pan. Place the dough and keep flipping every 10 seconds. - once a bubble forms. Place the spatula on the bubble and gentle press to guide the bubble towards the rest of the dough to create an air pocket. - serve it hot with some olive oil and zatar & enjoy. You can freeze and reheat the bread and it can last up to 3 months in the freezer.
