Kicking off SERIES 2 of EAT LIKE A GREEK - we have the legendary PATATES LEMONDADES 🍋
aka Greek lemony potatoes that are crispy on the outside, creamy and soft on the inside, and so DAMN DELICIOUS 🤤

4 large white potatoes (approx 750g), peeled and chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
2 lemons, squeezed
2 garlic cloves, grated
2 tsp dried oregano
Salt to taste

Step 1
1.) Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius fan. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2.) Lay out the chopped potatoes and add in all the ingredients listed above. Mix everything together and place in the oven for 50 minutes, turning half way through.
