Instructions

Step 1
Cook potatoes until fork tender then mash in a large bowl
Step 2
Add cream cheese grated cheddar jalapeños red pepper flakes cayenne garlic powder chopped parsley and salt and pepper to taste then mix until combined
Step 3
Take heaped tablespoons of potatoes and shape into nugget shapes then coat in flour dip into beaten egg and cover with crushed corn flakes . Spray with oil then air fry for about 12 minutes at 180 c flipping half way through alternatively bake in the oven at 180 c fan oven / 360 f for 18 -20 minutes . Serve with your favorite sauce I love to dip on sriracha . Enjoy
