Marinate Chicken
Sauce
1 tspgarlic
minced
1 tspred chili
chopped
1 tspwhite sesame seeds
1 tspchili powder

boiling
1 tsplight soy sauce
½ tspoyster sauce
¼ tspsalt

Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice chicken breast. Mix well with marinade ingredients and leave to rest for 15mins at room temp.
Step 2
Add to boiling water in a wok and boil until cooked through. Remove and set in serving bowl.
Step 3
Make your sauce by adding garlic, chili, sesame seed, and chili, then pouring boiling oil over it. Mix, and add remaining sauce ingredients, mixing well before pouring over chicken.
Step 4
Serve with rice and veggies.
