3garlic cloves

1 conion

1 tspdried thyme
2 cbroccoli
chopped
8 ozsour cream
1 ccheddar shredded
32 ozlow Sodium chicken stock
2 lbsrusset potatoes
peeled

Instructions
Step 1
Press SAUTE and melt butter.
Step 2
Add onion and garlic. Cook until soft; stir in spices.
Step 3
Add potatoes and chicken stock. Scrape up fond.
Step 4
Press PRESSURE COOK, HIGH, 10 minutes. Allow natural release for 15 minutes and then quickly release the remaining pressure.
Step 5
Mash potatoes slightly. Leave large chunks.
Step 6
Stir in broccoli, cheese, and sour cream. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with cheese, bacon, green onions, and hot sauce.
