Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a cast iron pan, pour your tomato sauce across the bottom. Make sure to give it a little shake so the sauce is even across.

Pull apart your mozzarella ball and place pieces around the pan.

Carefully crack your 3 eggs and place around, making sure not to break the yolks.

Add your fresh basil leaves, then top with your parmesan cheese.

Finish with a pinch of salt, your red pepper flakes and drizzle your olive oil all around.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until the whites of the eggs are solid, but the yolks are still firm.
