Kimchi Tofu Udon and Steak
Chopping: spring onion, sliced yellow onion like for stir frys
Boil two eggs for 5 minutes and 50 seconds then straight into ice water
Fry the tofu
Fry the onion with garlic and ginger paste, add gochujang, kimchi, sweet corn, green onion, sugar - cook for a bit - then add kimchi juice/water + oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin, miso, a bit of cream? until you make a sauce
Add tofu at the end
Add the udon noodles and cook for 2 mins
Make a bowl and add the eggs and spring onion on top
