Instructions
Step 1
Chop chorizo (chorizo slices too) to small thin pieces
Step 2
Without additional oil fry on pan until You are satisfied
Step 3
Shred cheese into tortilla
Step 4
Put chorizo on cheese
Step 5
Chop red onion (about half or less)
Step 6
Use fat from chorizo, add a bit of oil, start frying an onion
Step 7
Add few drops of balsamico
Step 8
Add brown sugar
Step 9
Fry until soft and golden
Step 10
Add onion to tortilla
Step 11
Add jalapeño flakes
Step 12
Fold tortilla in half and fry on big dry pan
