Instructions
Step 1
Turn your stove on to medium high heat and begin warming your skillet
Step 2
Slice your sausage and chop your onion
Step 3
Add to hot skillet and begin to brown
Step 4
Season and add minced garlic
Step 5
Once the sausage is browned and the onions are translucent, add rotel, spinach and cream cheese
Step 6
Stir occasionally until the cream cheese is melted and a sauce is formed
Step 7
Season again if you prefer
Step 8
Serve over jasmine rice, I use microwaveable uncle Ben’s to keep it easy
