“Frandura” is an Italian crispy and think “cake” made with vegetables and a layer of cheesy batter. Traditionally it is made with a base of potatoes but today I want to show you an easy recipe with fennel instead! 😍
It is the perfect idea for a quick and easy dinner 😋

Step 1
Cut your fennels into thin slices and place them on a baking tray previously covered with a drizzle of oil. In the meantime, in a bowl mix milk, flour and a pinch of salt, add the batter on top of your fennels, finish with some grated cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes or until nice and crispy (190C). Buon appetito!
