Bean soup
To quick soak in insta pot: add beans, add plenty of water, seal, cook on high pressure for 5 min. Let sit for 30 min. Quick release pressure, drain & rinse beans.

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a large pot and simmer for about 3 hours. If cooking in an instapot cook on high pressure for about 30 min. Mash some of the beans after cooking to thicken the broth a bit.
