Sometimes simple is delicious! With only 3 ingredients, these honey balsamic steak bites are rich with balsamic vinegar and sweet and sticky with honey.
An easy dish that has some great flavor and quick and easy when you're in a rush. They also make great leftovers for a few days too!

Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together your honey and balsamic vinegar and place to the side.
Step 2
Depending on the size of your beef tips, cut them into bite size pieces. Pat dry with some paper towels and season generously with some salt.
Step 3
Preheat your cast iron over medium-high heat. Add your oil and give your steak bites a nice sear. These will cook fast and only need 1-2 minutes per side.
Step 4
After you have seared both sides of your steak bites, pour your honey-balsamic mixture over your steak bites. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, mixing the steak bites around in the sauce.
Step 5
Remove from heat. You can eat these on their own or serve in a bowl of rice. Just make sure to garnish the bites with some green onions. Enjoy!
