Instructions

Step 1
Slightly heat the milk until it is lukewarm and in a bowl combine it with the yeast (let sit for 5 min)
Step 2
Mix together the eggs, butter, sugar and yeast mixture
Step 3
Add half of the dry ingredients (flour and salt) and mix until combined before adding the rest
Step 4
Transfer the dough on a floured surface and gently knead it until smooth
Step 5
Transfer the dough to a floured bowl and cover, let rise at room temp. for 1h
Step 6
Shape the dough into 100g balls -> I cut the edges of the donut balls to make the flower shape
Step 7
Place your flower shaped donuts on parchment paper
Step 8
Heat your fryer to 155°C and cook for about 3 minutes on each side
Step 9
Once cooled, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and put some jam in the middle
