Instructions
Step 1
Saute the garlic and onion in a covered pan over low-medium heat for 5-10 minutes without browning

frozen chopped onion0.5 bag

Gradually mix in 1/4 cup flour and 5 cups of water, alternating between the two. Start by adding 2 cups of water first and increase the heat. The mixture may be lumpy, but that's normal - just stir it in.

Bring to a boil

Add 1 packet Goodman Noodle Soup MIX

Put on low boil for 15 minutes
Step 6
Add chicken and canned vegetables

If you need to thicken, add a little more flour mixed with hot water

Boil for 5-10 more minutes
