Instructions
Step 1
Dice the onion and mince the garlic, basil and parsley.
Step 2
Start cooking your pasta according package instructions.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the onion and fry for about 3min.
Step 4
Add the garlic and fry for another minute.
Step 5
Now add the prawns and seasoning and fry for 1min.
Step 6
Pure in the white wine. Reduce the heat to medium and let the wine reduce for about 2-3min.
Step 7
Add 2-3tbsp of pasta water. Fry for another 1-2min.
Step 8
Add the pasta. Mix well and enjoy!
