Combine Oats, Milk, Powders, Maple Syrup, Vanilla, Salt in a medium saucepan over medium - high heat. Bring to a gentle simmer, stir often until creamy and fluffy. If too thick, add more milk until desired consistency. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients to finish.
