Step 1
Cook brown rice until water has almost gone. Meanwhile cook your cut broccoli and carrots.
Step 2
Add the red onion to the cooked rice roughly diced.Slice the sausages into small chunks and mix with the rice.Add 2 tomatoes roughly diced. Add all the herbs spices and pepper. Mix for a couple of minutes until all the remaining water has gone.
