Step 1
Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends and cut it in half and slice thinly. Also, thinly slice half an onion.
Step 2
Pour about 1 tablespoon of oil into the pan. Add about half a tablespoon of garlic. Stir-fry it on medium heat until the garlic is fragrant. Add the sliced zucchini and onion. Stir-fry on medium-high heat. Add about half a tablespoon of salted shrimp.
Step 3
When the zucchini is cooked, turn off the heat and add a tablespoon of sesame oil and some sesame seeds. A healthy and delicious stir-fried zucchini is done!
