Instructions
Step 1
Stir fry ginger and garlic with cinnamon sticks.
Step 2
Add chicken thighs and brown the meat on both sides.
Step 3
Add honey and dates around the chicken and add water to cover 1/4 of chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover (25 min).
Step 4
Add orange blossom water and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 min.
Step 5
In another pan melt butter and add almonds. Cook til brown and then sprinkle them over chicken.
