Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°
Step 2
Clean the potatoes, poke holes in the potatoes with a fork and microwave for 4-6 minutes to soften
Step 3
Cut the steak, onion and potatoes into cubes, mushrooms into quarters and trim and cut the green beans.
Step 4
Dice the potatoes smaller to ensure they cook at the same time as the steak
Step 5
In a large bowl combine the steak, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, spices and oil
Step 6
Add everything to a 9x13 casserole dish. Cover with foil.
Step 7
Bake 30-40 minutes until the steak is done to your liking and the potatoes are tender. 30 minutes yields medium done steak. Cook less for more rare and cook longer for more well done.
