Ingredients

wooden skewers
soaked in water for 30 minutes
2 poundsboneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoonpaprika
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoonkosher salt
½ teaspoonblack pepper
290gmayonnaise
⅔ cupThai sweet chili sauce
2 teaspoonssriracha

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Step 2
Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each skewer.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to make the bang bang sauce.
Step 4
Brush half of the sauce over the chicken skewers.
Step 5
Air fry at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
Step 6
Serve the skewers with the reserved bang bang sauce for dipping.
