Instructions

Step 1
1. Prep the veg by finely dicing the red onion and garlic.
Step 2
2. Heat 1/2 tbsp of olive oil in a large frying pan and then add in the raw prawns.
Step 3
3. Stir and fry for 3-4 mins with 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper, and 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika until they’ve got some colour and then remove from the pan and set aside on a plate for later.
Step 4
4. In the mean time, start cooking your pasta in some salted water for about 8 mins and then drain once cooked and reserve the pasta water.
Step 5

Step 7
7. Stir all around to mix together and fry for a minute before spooning in the crème fraiche and some of the reserved pasta water.
Step 8
8. You should be able to stir this round to make a nice sauce.
Step 9
9. Season the sauce with the 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper, and the 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika and Italian mixed herbs.
Step 10
10. Finally stir in the freshly chopped parsley before adding in the cooked drained pasta and the cooked prawns from earlier.
Step 11
