Instructions
Step 1
Boil 8 cups of water (approx) in wok. Add salt and peanut oil before boiling.
Step 2
Once boiling, add gai lan in for 2-4 minutes, flipping halfway to ensure all parts are being boiled.
Step 3
Remove gai lan and drain. Crunch test stem, cook longer if not soft enough.
Step 4
Add some chicken stock and oyster sauce over. Serve!
