Step 1
Use a blender cup and add the grated garlic mustard salt and pepper to taste milk lemon juice and oil ( in that order ) put the blender stick to the very bottom and start to pulse very slowly
crushed garlic1 tsp
dijon mustard1 tsp
fresh lemon juice
milk150ml
avocado oil250ml
Step 2
Keep pulsing until the liquid and oil start to emulsify . It should take about 4 minutes but keep the blender stick to the very bottom and move it side to side all the while pulsing
Step 3
Only when you see oil at the very top slowly pull the blender up and let it emulsify . Chop the dill and stir it into your Mayo put in a sterilized container and keep it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks . Enjoy
