Hotdog inspired orzo

Instructions

Step 1
Boil the hotdogs in a saucepan for 5 minutes. (Dice the carrots whilst you wait).

Drain the water from the saucepan, and set the hotdogs and carrot aside.

In the same saucepan, bring the water and passata to a boil and add the stock cube.
Step 4
Mix well and add salt to taste.

Add the orzo and carrot to the saucepan, allow to simmer for 5 mins. (Weigh out spinach whilst you wait).
Step 6
Add in the spinach and leave to simmer for another 4 mins. (Cut the hotdogs into thin slices whilst you wait).

Finally, stir in the hotdog slices, allow to warm in the saucepan for 1 min, and serve.
