Step 1
Combine the miso, sesame oil, and rice vinegar on a small plate. Add the catfish and spread the mixture to evenly coat both sides of the filet.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, add the catfish. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the fish. It should no longer be translucent inside.
Step 3
Make the sriracha mayo by mixing the two together in a small bowl. Spread it onto a toasted piece of bread.
Step 4
Add the cooked fish onto the bread. Top with pickled jalapeño, Furikake, and green onion
