Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Start with the crumb topping: Mix both sugars, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Stir in the melted butter, then fold in the flour until the mixture is crumbly. Set aside.

For the muffin batter: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
