Step 1
Mash bananas well
Step 2
Add egg, milk, coconut oil and vanilla. Mix until combined
Step 3
Add flour, spices and baking powder
Step 4
Mix until just combined. Add mix ins if wanted.
Step 5
Transfer batter to a piping bag or use a zip loc bag. Pipe batter into rounds.
Step 6
Bake in 180 degrees Celsius oven for 18 minutes
