Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F and line a small rectangular tray with parchment paper Spread cottage cheese evenly on the parchment paper and flatten out. Sprinkle with choice of herbs/spices on top if desired Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the edges turn slightly golden brown Once baked, cut in half and load up with your favourite ingredients. Ie avocado, carrots, chilli crisp, etc
