Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mash the ripened Banana and stir in the Applesauce until well combined.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients and slowly stir into the wet mixture until just combined.
Step 4
4. Roll the dough into balls and place evenly spaced on the prepared sheet.
Step 5
5. Press the cookies down slightly and dust them with additional Cinnamon if desired.
Step 6
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
Step 7
7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
