Instructions
Step 1
Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the onion and bell pepper and cook until soft.

Add in the garlic and cook for about a minute.

Add in the uncooked pasta and mix everything together.

Add in the milk and chicken stock. Cook until the pasta has cooked through and you have a creamy sauce.
Step 5
Add in the mustard and cheese and mix until cheese has melted, then season to taste.
Step 6
