Instructions
Step 1
Add cream powdered sugar and vanilla to a bowl then beat with an electric whisk until stiff and fluffy

Lay out the brioche or you can use milk bread then slather a nice layer of the cream on two slices of the bread . Arrange the strawberries ( largest in a diagonal pattern in the middle ) add the smaller ones to the corners

Add the rest of the cream on top and around the sides of the strawberries then put the other slice on top

Wrap the sandwiches tight with plastic wrap and mark the side that you want to cut from so the strawberries will make a nice pattern once sliced . Keep in the fridge for an hour or more and enjoy
