Instructions

Step 1
Take 200gms poha and wash it with water until it get soaked and then keep it aside
Step 2
Take a pan and add 50gm peanuts to it. Stir them on medium flame for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Take the peanuts into bowl and let them cool and then remove the upper cover layer

Meanwhile Take 2 medium size tomatoes and onions and cut into medium to small size

Chop 2 chillies
Step 6
Take pan and on medium flame add 3 - 4 Normal spoon cooking oil. Then add onions, green chillies and stir it for 2 minutes

Add 1 tbsp turmeric powder
Step 8
Add 1 tbsp Coriander powder

Add salt to taste

Add 1-2 tbsp sugar

Add cut tomatoes

Don't stir them too long, add peanuts

After 2 minutes Add poha which were washed in water

Stir for 2-3 minutes and then squeez 1/2 Lemmon to it
Step 15
Voila! Your Poha is ready

Garnish with Coriander leafs and pomegranate seeds
