Ingredients

1 cupbutter
2 cupssugar
4eggs
½ cupsourdough starter
¾ cupbuttermilk
1 tablespoonvanilla
2 ½ cupsflour
1 teaspoonbaking powder
½ teaspoonbaking soda
1 teaspoonsalt
5 ozlime yogurt
¼ cupfresh lime juice
2 teaspoonsfresh lime zest
Lime Glaze
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Prepare a bundt pan with butter and flour.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl cream together butter and sugar.
Step 4
Add in sourdough discard, then beat in eggs one at a time until batter is fluffy.
Step 5
In a small bowl, mix together buttermilk and lime yogurt.
Step 6
Alternate adding the buttermilk yogurt mix and the dry mixture into the wet batter.
Step 7
Mix in vanilla extract, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
Step 8
Spoon batter into prepared pan.
Step 9
Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a wooden skewer comes out clean
