Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a jar and mix well.

Cut the chicken into 1cm thick slices.
Step 3
Place the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour about a third of the flour mixture onto a separate plate.

Now add the water to the larger amount of flour mixture and stir the dough until smooth. If it is too firm, add more water. If it is too runny, add more flour and starch. In the end, the consistency should be similar to that of pancakes.

Heat the oil in a small pot.

Take a strip of chicken and dip it into the batter so that it is completely covered.
Step 7
Then dip it into the dry flour mixture so that it is completely covered.
Step 8
Place the chicken fingers in the oil and fry for approx. 3 mins. until crispy and golden brown.
Step 9
Now serve the chicken fingers with the sauce and enjoy!
