Instructions

Step 1
Add banana, egg, milk, oats and chia to your blender
Step 2
Blend until smooth
Step 3
Add baking soda and mix with spoon or whatever you have on hand
Step 4
Grease griddle or pan (or add a little oil to your batter- either works fine)
Step 5
Dollop batter into small circle, and cook on medium heat until edges dry and the center begins to bubble
Step 6
Flip pancake and cook the rest of the way
Step 7
Serve with your favorite toppings!
