Instructions
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks

Cut the vanilla pod in half and scrape the inside of each half of the pod to extract the vanilla

Mix the egg yolks with the vanilla
Step 4
Add the cream, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar
Step 5
Beat the egg whites until they become stiff and incorporate your egg whites into the preparation
Step 6
Place your ice cream in your ice cream maker or in the freezer for at least 4 hours
