Step 1
Crack 2 eggs into a small non-stick pan over medium heat. Using a silicone whisk, gently break the yolks and stir

Using a non-stick safe spatula, flip the eggs.
Step 3
Sprinkle on cheese and bacon, measure with your heart
Step 4
Turn heat down to low, cover if desired to speed melting process
Step 5
Carefully fold omelette in half
Step 6
Serve warm and enjoy!
