Ingredients
6 servings
1 lbrotini pasta
2 cupsrotisserie chicken breast
diced
3 cupsbroccoli florets
4 stripssmoked bacon
cooked and chopped
1 cupmild cheddar cheese
cubed
½ cupraisins
½ cupcelery
chopped
¾ cupalmonds
sliced, toasted
4green onions
1 cupmayonnaise
¾ cupsour cream
2 Tbsphoney
pure
1 Tbspdijon mustard
1 ½ tspsalt
1 tspitalian seasoning
½ tspblack pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook rotini pasta according to package instruction and strain.
Step 2
Rinse pasta under cold water and drizzle with a little bit of oil.
Step 3
In a large serving bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Step 4
Add rotini pasta, chicken, broccoli florets, bacon, cheddar cheese cubes, raisins, celery, sliced almonds, and green onions.
Step 5
Toss to coat the salad in the dressing and serve.
