Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F (177C).
Step 2
Line a muffin tin with liners.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, whist together all the wet ingredients.
Step 4
Whisk together the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, and then combine with the wet ingredients.
Step 5
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 6
Scoop the mixture into each liner, filling it about 3/4 of the way.
Step 7
Bake for 18-24 minutes. Keep an eye on them.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and then let it cool completely.
