Instructions
Step 1
Cook your pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2
Mix in a blender the pistachios with burrata.
Step 3
Add pasta water from the pot where your pasta is cooking and pour it into the blender. Mix again till you get a creamy consistency.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper (you can also add other spices if you want).
Step 5
Now pour the pistachio pesto in a pan on low heat and add the pasta as soon as it’s ready.
Step 6
Combine everything, place it on a plate and optional add Parmesan cheese and basil on top.
