Step 1
Whisk the mayonnaise, sweet thai chili, red pepper & sriracha together, then set aside.
Step 2
Place cornstarch & chili powder in a shallow bowl.
Step 3
Coat the shrimps on all around & shake off any excess.
Step 4
Heat oil up in deep fryer or Large saucepan to 375 degrees.
Step 5
Cook the shrimp until lightly browned on the outside & no longer transparent in the center by cooking 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 6
transfer the shrimp on a paper towel to dry & put the shrimps in the where the sauce is mixed & gently toss & coat them.
Step 7
Put the leaves in a bowl & gently add the tossed shrimp into the bowl & sprinkle with green onions chopped. Now eat it!
